Effective July 22, 2026. By using DestinySync or requesting access, you agree to use the service responsibly and within these terms.
DestinySync is operated by ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in Haryana, India.
DestinySync and DestinySync Pro may be offered through waitlist, limited access, or public launch phases. Features, pricing, and availability may change before full release.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DestinySync. Some features (personalized "blueprint" reports) are not available for profiles under 18 regardless of who holds the account.
DestinySync provides Jyotish-based interpretation, timing, and reflective guidance. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice. Use your judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining account security once accounts are available. Practitioner access may be reviewed, limited, or revoked if misused. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is being used fraudulently or abusively.
Subscription and report pricing will be shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don't store your card or bank details ourselves. Once billing is live, subscription renewals and cancellation will be handled through account settings or the relevant payment provider.
Once a report or reading is delivered, or a consultation has taken place, it is not refundable — the deliverable is the interpretation itself, and once you've received it there's nothing to return. Before a report is generated or a consultation happens, you can request a refund or cancellation — for example if you entered incorrect birth details or changed your mind — by emailing contact@destinysync.com with your order details. Choices you make based on a reading, and how things turn out as a result, are never a basis for a refund — DestinySync provides guidance for self-inquiry, not predictions or professional advice, and you're expected to use your own judgment.
Practitioners are responsible for client consent, professional conduct, and appropriate handling of client data. Do not submit client data through public website forms.
Birth details, life events, and notes you or your astrologer enter remain yours. You're responsible for having the right to share any information you enter, including a client's details if you're a practitioner. See our privacy policy for how that data is used and what happens when it's deleted.
DestinySync's software, content, and branding belong to ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Using the service doesn't give you ownership or a license to any of it beyond what's needed to use the service yourself.
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and astrological timing and interpretation are guidance, not guarantees of outcome. To the extent permitted by law, DestinySync and ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, contact us first at the email below so we can try to resolve it directly. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, before a single arbitrator, under Indian arbitration law.
