Terms and conditions
Effective 5 October 2026. These terms apply when you use DestinySync, buy a digital product or service, or request access to the app or DestinySync Pro.
Who we are
Sales through this website are operated by Abhijeet Singh Chauhan in India. The DestinySync app is offered under licence by ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, India.
Product status
DestinySync and DestinySync Pro may be offered through waitlist, limited access, or public launch phases. Features, pricing, and availability may change before full release.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DestinySync. Some features (personalized "blueprint" reports) are not available for profiles under 18 regardless of who holds the account.
Astrology content
DestinySync provides Vedic-astrology-based charts, reports, interpretations, timing, and reflective guidance. These are informational and spiritual services, not medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice. No particular event, outcome, improvement, or result is guaranteed. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining account security once accounts are available. Practitioner access may be reviewed, limited, or revoked if misused. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is being used fraudulently or abusively.
Orders and payment
The price, currency, applicable taxes, and product or service being bought are shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store your full card or bank details. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees when you pay in a currency different from your account currency.
Check your email address and birth details before payment. Birth details for a Kundali cannot be changed after payment once generation has begun. A purchase may create a DestinySync account associated with the email and birth details you provide. See our shipping and digital delivery policy for delivery methods and timing.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation before generation or a booked service begins. Correctly generated and delivered digital reports, completed readings, and consultations that have taken place are generally final. We address failed delivery, defective files, duplicate or failed charges, and rights that applicable law requires us to honor. The detailed conditions and request method are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Subscriptions
If a subscription is offered, its price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be presented before you subscribe. Cancelling a future renewal does not automatically reverse a charge for an already-started billing period. Any refund rights remain subject to the offer terms, our refund policy, and applicable law.
Practitioner responsibilities
Practitioners are responsible for client consent, professional conduct, and appropriate handling of client data. Do not submit client data through public website forms.
Your content
Birth details, life events, and notes you or your astrologer enter remain yours. You're responsible for having the right to share any information you enter, including a client's details if you're a practitioner. See our privacy policy for how that data is used and what happens when it's deleted.

Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Do not upload or transmit information you do not have permission to use.
- Do not represent DestinySync outputs as a substitute for licensed professional advice.
- Do not use content from the DestinySync app or website to train an AI model or other machine-learning system.
Intellectual property
DestinySync's software, content, and branding belong to ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Using the service doesn't give you ownership or a license to any of it beyond what's needed to use the service yourself.
Availability, disclaimer, and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and astrological timing and interpretation are guidance, not guarantees of outcome. To the extent permitted by law, DestinySync and ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, contact us first at the email below so we can try to resolve it directly. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, before a single arbitrator, under Indian arbitration law.
International users
DestinySync can be accessed from outside India. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you use the service. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected by these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or a suitable account channel where practicable.
Store marks
Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
