How DestinySync calculates your chart

Powered by VoidEngine, our own astrology engine, designed and built in-house from the ground up, with more than 250,000 hours of engineering behind it. Planetary positions are computed to arc-second precision from a planetary model derived from NASA JPL ephemeris data. Every calculation has been tested, benchmarked against the reference software professional astrologers use, back-tested against real lives with known dates, and cross-checked by more than 20 practising astrologers. Its Parashari and Jaimini calculations follow the classical methods of those schools, its KP calculations follow the KP star-lord system, and its Lal Kitab section follows the Lal Kitab tradition on its own terms. DestinySync learned from teachers and traditions including Parashara, Jaimini, K.S. Krishnamurti, K.N. Rao and B.V. Raman. It is not a repurposed tool and takes no calculations from any outside service. Where traditions differ, the numbers can differ too: a difference of method, not a defect.

Created by Abhijeet Chauhan, spiritual counsellor, astrologer and author of The Ghost That Keeps the Records.
