Effective July 13, 2026. DestinySync collects only the information needed to provide product access, chart calculation, support, and account communication.

Information we collect

Waitlist and access request details, such as name, email, product interest, practice context, and optional notes.
Account and billing information once subscriptions are live.
Birth details entered inside the app or Pro product, such as date, time, and place of birth, used to calculate charts.
Support messages you send to us.
Basic technical data needed for security, diagnostics, and site operation.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide access, calculate charts, operate the product, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate important product updates. We may also use information, including in de-identified or aggregated form, to analyze patterns, validate and improve the accuracy of our astrological calculations, and develop new features.

Birth data

Birth data is sensitive. It is used to compute chart outputs and related readings. Do not send client birth data through the public website forms. Practitioner client data belongs inside the role-gated Pro product.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, support, payment, and product infrastructure, but only for operating DestinySync.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while it is needed for product access, legal, security, support, or operational purposes. When you request deletion, we remove information that identifies you, such as your name, email, and account credentials. Birth and chart details you provided may be retained in de-identified form — no longer linked to your name or contact information — for analysis, validation, and improvement of our astrological calculations. De-identified information does not identify you and cannot be linked back to your account. To request deletion or correction, email contact@destinysync.com.
