Who we are

Sales through this website are operated by Abhijeet Singh Chauhan in India. The DestinySync app is offered under licence by ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, India. This policy is governed by the laws of India.

Information we collect

Information you choose to provide when using DestinySync, such as your name and contact details, birth details, profile and chart information, personal context, preferences, notes, service requests, and communication choices.
Order, account, and billing records, such as purchase status and transaction reference. Payment providers process your payment details.
Support messages you send to us.
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, and service usage needed for security, diagnostics, and site operation.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide access, calculate charts, operate the product, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate important product updates. We may also use information, including in de-identified or aggregated form, to analyze patterns, validate and improve the accuracy of our astrological calculations, and develop new features.

Birth data

Birth data is sensitive. It is used to compute chart outputs and related readings. Do not send client birth data through the public website forms. Practitioner client data belongs inside the role-gated Pro product.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share the information needed to operate DestinySync with service providers for hosting, email delivery, AI-based chart interpretation, support, payment processing, and product infrastructure. Payment may be processed by Razorpay or PayPal under the provider’s own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Cookies and tracking

DestinySync does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Functional storage and cookies may be used to keep you signed in, remember necessary preferences, support checkout, and protect the service. Payment providers may use their own necessary cookies during checkout.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while it is needed for product access, legal, security, support, or operational purposes. When you delete a chart or account, we remove the information that identifies you, including your name, email, exact birth date, time and place, and account credentials. Immediately before that happens, we capture a snapshot of the chart's computed astrological output (sign, house and nakshatra placements, the sequence of planetary periods involved, and whether a predicted timing window matched an outcome you recorded), along with birth decade, country and gender for broad context. This snapshot never includes your name, email, exact birth date, time, or location, or any reference back to your chart or account, and is used only to validate and improve the accuracy of our astrological calculations. Birth Time Rectification records are handled differently; see the next section. To request deletion or correction, email contact@destinysync.com. Birth Time Rectification (BTR) data

If you use our Birth Time Rectification service, the intake details and the practitioner's final determination (the corrected time, their confidence, and their notes) are kept as the record that this service was requested, paid for, and delivered, even if you later delete the associated chart. This record is not de-identified, since it exists specifically to document that a paid service was rendered to you. If you want this record removed, email contact@destinysync.com directly. Automated self-service deletion of BTR history is not currently available.

Security and external services

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Links to third-party services, including payment providers, lead to services governed by their own policies.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. See "Retention and deletion" above for what deletion does. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, or to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. These include rights available under applicable data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Contact contact@destinysync.com for any request not already self-serviceable in the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or a suitable account channel where practicable.
