Effective July 22, 2026. DestinySync collects only the information needed to provide product access, chart calculation, support, and account communication.
DestinySync is operated by ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in Haryana, India. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
We use information to respond to requests, provide access, calculate charts, operate the product, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate important product updates. We may also use information, including in de-identified or aggregated form, to analyze patterns, validate and improve the accuracy of our astrological calculations, and develop new features.
Birth data is sensitive. It is used to compute chart outputs and related readings. Do not send client birth data through the public website forms. Practitioner client data belongs inside the role-gated Pro product.
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email, AI-based chart interpretation, support, payment, and product infrastructure, but only for operating DestinySync.
The DestinySync website and app do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The app stores your login session locally so you stay signed in — that's a functional necessity, not tracking.
We keep information while it is needed for product access, legal, security, support, or operational purposes. When you delete a chart or account, we remove the information that identifies you — name, email, exact birth date, time, and place, and account credentials. Immediately before that happens, we capture a snapshot of the chart's computed astrological output — sign, house, and nakshatra placements, the sequence of planetary periods involved, and whether a predicted timing window matched an outcome you recorded — along with birth decade, country, and gender for broad context. This snapshot never includes your name, email, exact birth date, time, or location, or any reference back to your chart or account, and is used only to validate and improve the accuracy of our astrological calculations. Birth Time Rectification records are handled differently — see the next section. To request deletion or correction, email contact@destinysync.com. If you use our Birth Time Rectification service, the intake details and the practitioner's final determination (the corrected time, their confidence, and their notes) are kept as the record that this service was requested, paid for, and delivered — even if you later delete the associated chart. This record is not de-identified, since it exists specifically to document that a paid service was rendered to you. If you want this record removed, email contact@destinysync.com directly — automated self-service deletion of BTR history is not currently available.
DestinySync serves users predominantly outside India. Wherever you are, you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data — see "Retention and deletion" above for what deletion actually does.
