Delete your data, plainly.

This page explains how to request deletion of your DestinySync account and the data tied to it, across the mobile app and DestinySync Pro.

What deletion means

Deleting your account removes information that identifies you, such as your name, email, and subscription records, from DestinySync's systems. Immediately before a chart is deleted, we capture a snapshot of its computed astrological output (sign, house and nakshatra placements, planetary period sequence, and prediction-vs-outcome accuracy), with no name, email, exact birth date/time/location, or reference back to your chart or account. It's used only to validate and improve our astrological calculations. If you've used Birth Time Rectification, that record survives account or chart deletion as proof the service was delivered; see our privacy policy for details on both.

How to request it

Email contact@destinysync.com with the email address registered to your account. If possible, send the request from that same address, so we can verify the request belongs to you.

What to expect

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually within a reasonable time during this beta. We will confirm with you once a request has been completed.

Mobile app and DestinySync Pro

This applies to both the DestinySync mobile app and DestinySync Pro. The two products share one account and one calculation engine, so a single request covers the data held by both.
