This page explains how to request deletion of your DestinySync account and the data tied to it, across the mobile app and DestinySync Pro.
Deleting your account removes information that identifies you, such as your name, email, and subscription records, from DestinySync's systems. Birth and chart details you provided may be retained in de-identified form — no longer linked to your name or contact information — for analysis, validation, and improvement of our astrological calculations. Email contact@destinysync.com with the email address registered to your account. If possible, send the request from that same address, so we can verify the request belongs to you.
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually within a reasonable time during this beta. We will confirm with you once a request has been completed.
This applies to both the DestinySync mobile app and DestinySync Pro. The two products share one account and one calculation engine, so a single request covers the data held by both.
